Before going independent, I spent five years in-house at a frozen seafood and plant-based food manufacturer, close to production timelines, supplier constraints, and the realities of the industry.

That experience shapes how I work. Whether launching a brand or rethinking a portfolio, I bring the same thing: design thinking grounded in how food brands actually operate.

Since going independent, I've built partnerships across Portugal, Brazil, and a production partner in New York for brands launching in the American market.
